I'm watching the third one on TV right now.

god i love johnny depp. he is the most amazing actor ever.

keira knightly and orlando bloom are amazing too.

it just has an amazing cast.

and the story line is so good.
and the fight scenes are just so perfectly done.

Well Johnny Depp said that he'll only be in the fourth one if the story is good.He seems a bit ticked that it has a new director too.

in my opinion, it doesn't need Johnny Depp (i'm sure the jd fan girls will eat me alive for this lol) . his story was finished in the other three. i feel like a good plot for the fourth one would be following Elizabeth and Will's son.

I agree, that would be interesting.

But, at the end of the 3rd one, don't they have Jack in a rowboat looking at the map... and he's going to where ever. I think they have plans for where ever it is he is going.

the map he looked at had the fountain of youth (right in the middle of florida ) but i feel like that was kindof just saying that jack sparrow would never stop "adventuring" but his story with will and elizabeth was over. does that make sense?

It does make since but the third one was meant to end Will and Elizabeth's story.As their characters are pretty much screwed right now.

Love them! I never saw them until August 2008. My make a wish trip was at Disneyland, and they have a lounge for us to go and hang out in. One day the first POTC was playing on the TV in the lounge and I sat there for like an hour watching it. I was intrigued, and promptly went to the ride

This means that Elizabeth waiting for him after the 10 years actually frees Will. He won't have to return to the ship.
