I was thinking though that I remember Davy Jones being mad at Calypso for not being there on his 'one day'. I read somewhere that if you did all that you were supposed to for those 10 years and you had someone that still loved you meet you on land, then your time as the captain was up. I think I read that in one of the threads around here.

I watched maybe 15 minutes of it when the first movie came out, and said I didn't like it. So alllll these years I proclaimed that I didn't like it. But when I went to Disney, I figured I really should watch all the movies. Finally, 2 weeks ago I remembered, and rented them. Now I just can't get enough! Something about the movies is so charming (hm, wonder what that is ).
