Ok so I know that there is a restaurant in Disneyland that overlooks the POTC ride but is there one in MK at WDW??

No, only at DL.

DL, and Disneyland Paris. But there isn't one at WDW.

There is the Blue Lagoon at Disneyland Paris that over looks the ride. POTC at DLRP is much better ride too.

No but if you are ever in Disneyland, do eat at Blue Bayou.
