I would consider Davey Jones being a pirate and the only other name I can remember is Carlos(think he is the mayor.)

All of the pirates have names, you just need to ask a CM who works on the ride.

I can't think of any characters added from the movies other than what's been mentioned.

Wasn't thinking of Jones, but you're right. And I left Carlos out intentionally, as I did "Scarlett," whose name is apparently official if not uttered in the attraction.

I thought I once heard that the pirate with the key and map was one of the pirates depicted on the walls during the line.
