Pirates League

Next question on my mind as I think about FastPasses for our trip... Pirates League! Has anyone done this recently and can maybe tell about how it goes? We've done BBB before, so we're familiar with that. How much time do you allow? I was thinking maybe an hour like BBB, and one other thread I found out here said around there, but it was vague. Also the Pirate Parade... I take it they queue up a bunch of kids for the parade? So there's a batch of 10 or so kids that they do all at once, then do the parade? The only timing info I can find on the Disney site is to check in 15 min early. Thank you!!
