Pirate's League - Walk in likelihood?

DS4 has expressed interest in doing Pirate's League this year. We're likely only going to MK one day this trip. I think I saw a few threads in the last week or so that stated people were able to walk in pretty easily. Plus, with the modification and packages, I would infer that PL is not doing as great as BBB.

Have you been able to walk in? I don't want to make an appointment because DS4 can sometimes very quickly change his mind. I'd rather see that morning if he's up for it and then try to walk in. We're going 5/14-5/22 and should have pretty low to moderate crowds, I think.

We have a 8:05 ADR at Crystal Palace. If he wants to do PL, I would head there right after breakfast.

I could be totally wrong, but I think you might be able to do it as a walk in. It seems like they have dropped their pricing and run some specials in order to entice people to come in, but again my memory may not be serving me well at the moment. I am sure that someone else will have a better answer.

I know when I checked it out in Jan, PLACE was a ghost Town Maybe 1 of 10 chairs was in use. I'd say you have a fairly good chance.

i like this feedback.
i want to get my kids to do that but my wife is hesitant.
I'm hoping when my boy sees some other kids done up he'll want that too.
If walk is possible then we would still have a good chance of getting in at the end of April

With the recent changes, the popularity of the League has increased. They also removed two chairs, meaning they can do less people in an hour. I would book an appointment for safety. If your boy says no, go up to the Quartermaster and let them know he is too scared. They will not charge you if your kid doesn't want to do it. They only charge the "no shows."
