Pirates' League Sheet

Hey there Disigners!! I haven't seen this anywhere so I thought I would ask. Does anyone have or can anyone disign a planning sheet for The Pirates' League? It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just looking to have a nice sheet to put my confirmation numbers on. I've got this massive planning binder and a plain sheet of paper just looks so out of place next to all the other pages I've gotten from here. lol Thanks in advance!!
