Pirates Help Needed For My Computer!

Can anyone help me with some possible computer issues, I have had problems with playing pirates since I joined VMK but I over looked it and found other things to do within the Kingdom but then came the ice so I tired harder to get in a game but was always kicked back to lobby therefore I just went and played fireworks to get some ice but I have tried daily since Tomorrowland opened to get into a game of pirates, in order to complete the first quest.....It does not matter the time of day nor how many are or are not online......I have tried thousands and thousands of times, in all different combinations to play a game, sometimes I can get in and play the first level but then right back to lobby I go. I have a new computer with DSL, it is windows xp with media center, I use the IE browser although I now have downloaded Firefox as well to try that, with the same results. I have disabled pop ups, enabled everything, cleared everything, removed and installed shockwave, along with adobe and even tried turning security settings to low, all with same results, back to lobby I go....I got on my laptop and tried that, along with trying to play on my DD account and still get kicked back to lobby. Now logical sense to me, says that if I can do everything else within the Kingdom except play pirates, there is something wrong with my computer but because I can sometimes get in and complete the first round that it is a VMK issue. I have even tried using another computer and used a dial up service to see if it was my internet connection.....

I have contacted them to let them know as well as telling staff, I was told they have no idea why I cannot play...............

why oh why can we not trade those diving pins............I would just love to look in my pin inventory and see one there.....

Can someone PLEASE tell me if there is something I have missed to correct this problem as Tomorrowland is great to look at but I want dive and drive not stand and stare............................

you said you tried a different computer?? same results???

If so then it can not be your computer there must be another factor that is causing the problem.


I am at a loss to what the answer is. Only thing I think it could possibly be is NOISE on your phone lines.

Since DSL is routed thru phone lines and you have tried this on several computers with the DSL and the dial up. That is the only guess I have.

Have your phone lines tested.

My daughter couldnt stay in a full game with the memory she had. It wasnt enough. I dont know anything more like numebrs but could that be a issue for you too?
