Pirate Tutorial? Still going on?

I know there has been a lot of cut backs. I hear there are no more Pirate and Princess parties

Can we still see the Pirate Tutorial outside of the POTC ride?

Yes, it's still taking place. According to Steve Soares' web site, the tutorial is currently being performed daily at 10:15 & 11:20am, 12:25, 2:15, 3:20 & 4:25pm. This schedule might change depending on when you will be visiting WDW.
