Pirate Treasure Hunt

When I was about 8...30ish years ago my mom and dad took my sister and I to WDW. They sent us on a pirate adventure while they went to dinner. My sister and I took a boat with 20ish other children and we dug for a treasure and had snores. I think a pirate visited us. We are visiting WDW next summer and I would like my own children to do the same. Has anyone heard of this...or am I dreaming it up?

You aren't dreaming it up. I believe it's called Disney's Pirate Adventure. My sons did this a year or two ago. Boats launch from the GF or PO resorts, if I remember correctly. You do have to make advance reservations.

My boys have done this as well. They launched from the marina in front of Yatch/Beach Club. Theirs went around World Showcase at Epcot and came home with lots of pirate booty.
