Pirate ship moved outside the Grand Floridian

My boyfriend and I were in Orlando for a few days and were lucky enough to get a reservation at Victoria and Albert's on Sunday 2/27 at 9. As we were leaving around midnight we saw a pirate ship on a large flat-bed truck being transported. Does anyone know what this could be for?

It was one of the props they used for the Princess Half Marathon. It was actually located during the Marathon on World Drive between the Epcot exit & the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza. There were pirates on it as a picture spot along the half marathon route.
