When your booking window for activities opens look for appointments for Pirates League at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo. That will be your pirate night. On our 4 night in July it is day 3 (Nassau)

On our 4 night Wish cruise in October, pirate night was night 3. Our itinerary was Port Canaveral, sea day, Nassau, Castaway Cay, Port Canaveral.

Also it can change. We had planned around it being on night 3 on our 4 night on the dream in 2014 (and booked Palo like the guidebook said to do), but due to weather, they moved it to night 2.
