Pirate League Certificates?

I was wondering if any disigners have a certificate for the pirates league? I have two children, DD6 and DS2 (who will be turning 3 on our next trip). The trip is a Chrismtas gift from my Mom so I'm making a gift basket for the kids to open on Christmas day. I'm really hoping to include a certificate for the pirates league if anyone has one. Thanks in advance.

They are all great! But I think I'm going to go with the ones with Mickey and Minnie since the kids LOVE Mickey and Minnie. The kids names are Izabella and Ethan. We don't have a date yet (its a Christmas gift but its for next Aug). Could the date part be removed? Thanks.
