Pirate Design for Tshirt

Could any of you great disigners help please.

Looking for a t-shirt design for my sons first trip to Disney for Feb 2015 .

Hoping to add to his Christmas reveal box

His name is " Lewis " and he likes all characters but is pirate mad would like the year somewhere if possible .

Any designs greatfully received have the transfer paper but that's as far as my skills go

PirateHook1.jpg his name is Lewis , also is it possible to put the year we go in which is 2015 and if at all possible the words Walt Disney World like the Tinkerbell design .
