Call Bayside Marina directly at 407-934-3823 (between 10am and 5pm)
They will not be able to book it for you at this number, but you will get the most accurate info from the CM's there.

I don't know all the days that it runs, but it runs on Wednesdays. It leaves at 9:30 am, and we were told to be there no later than 9:15 am. It is approximately 2 hours long. You can book it 180 (+10) days in advance.

We sent the kids in January and it was the highlight of their trip. Treasure/Booty (think cheap party favors and Mardi Gras beads) and lunch (PBJ) seemed lame to me, but they loved it. Our only regret was that we did it first thing after checking in and didn't yet have a room. It would have been great to have "couple time" or a chance to unpack during the cruise. You show up at 9:15 but by the time parents sign the waiver, kids are fitted with lifejackets and pirate bandanas, kids are trained to "argh" as pirates and all parents get pix, it's closer to 10 - then you need to be back before 11:30 or earlier if you want photos of them coming in. We ended up shopping at Boardwalk during their cruise. You are given a pager for emergency contact. The kids get one clue at a time to put together the entire treasure map and they visit a couple lands in Epcot while hunting map pieces. Best part for us is that know-it-all DS was awarded the treasure map to keep for knowing the most answers to clues Note that most kids on their cruise were at the lower end of the age spectrum. While I'm sure the CMs will tailor the trip to the ages on board it would be difficult to be the only 12 year old on a boat of Kindergarteners. DD was 5 and DS 7 at time of their cruise, but ages may icrease during summer when more kids are out of school.
