I think it'd be helpful if the Hosts' gold doors led them to a hub instead of directly to the next room. A hub room could be set so regular players couldn't enter it, which would prevent players from winding up back in line by mistake, and it would help the hosts keep things straight when they get 'lost', as both Fin and Hula did from time to time during their parties, because they wouldn't have to find their spot again from the guest room list. If they were working from a line of doors off a central room, all they'd need to do is keep count on a piece of paper.
I have to say I think making four rooms TDM-only rooms and only having host visits in two rooms isn't such a good idea, just because the potential for confusion is so great. The people who read the forums would get word pretty quick, I'm sure, but there would be a lot of players who would find themselves in a TDM-only room and spend most of the night waiting for a host that isn't going to come, or would find out about the change after the lines for the rooms the hosts are visiting have already filled up. If they want to make sure everyone gets a chance at a prize, they ought to do a special Q-button quest during the event instead.
I'm not sure that the trivia questions are the best way to award prizes. I'd have gone with something with a more random element. Even a Disney-themed guessing game would be more fair. "I'm thinking of a Disney Princess..." It's not a trivia contest, really: it's a fastest computer and best typing skills contest, which means that a handful of people are going to have a huge advantage over everyone else that has nothing to do with knowing their Disney trivia.
And why on earth isn't Miss Bella doing any parties? They're her rooms, she obviously put a lot of work into them, and she doesn't get to enjoy them?
