I ordered my tickets about 10 days ago...how long should it take for them to get here?

Also, it's at night in January....what is the weather like? I have 3 DD's who want to wear princess dresses and let's face it....most of them have little or no sleeves. Being from Michigan, I have no idea what to expect at that time of the year in Florida. They aren't going to want to wear coats over their dresses....will a long sleeve shirt underneath suffice?

January can be very cold... especially at night. Just dress her like you do at Halloween in Michigan, have her wear sweats under the costume and bring a winter jacket, hats and mittens (just in case).

However, you could luck out too... The weather is very unpredicatable but on another thread about MVMCP tips.... one tip was to bring gloves.

Dont be fooled by warms days either. Once the sun sets....brrrr it can get really cold fast. Best to carry extra clothes or store in locker if needed. Nothing worse than shivering from cold and no extra clothes to be had.

Pack for warm weather and pack for cold weather. We went one year in January and it felt like May. We went last year in mid-December and it was in the 50s. Best to be prepared for both types of weather. And to echo what the other posters said: it can get really chilly at night when it's cooler there. So layer!

I am going to the party on 1/26. Ordered my tickets at the beginning of Aug., they arrived about 1 week after I ordered them and I live on the West coast, so they had the farthest to come.

I'm glad my boys will be pirates, it is easier to dress them warmer.
