Pirate and Princess Live Tips?

I am taking my 2 kids age 2 and 6 to see Pirate and Princess Live in a few weeks. I can't afford disney right now but still want to make this extra special. My little one has never seen any characters live.


Any tips to make this extra special and not break the bank?

We did Disney on Ice last winter and I could not believe the amount of stuff they had for sale! And it is not cheap!

Get a 'gift' you can give to the kids when you get there (small stuffie/beanie/shirt).

Lots of girls were dressed as Princesses at Disney on Ice

Get some glow bracelets/necklaces/headbands from the Dollar Store or such (lots of glowey toys sold at these things)
