I have 3 sons (4, 10, and 10) the 10 yos are almost 11. I know my 4 yo would totally dig the cruise as he is huge into role play. Peter Pan is his fav Disney movie by a long shot. My question, do you think the older boys would enjoy the cruise, or is it really geared for younger kiddos? I would prefer they go, if nothing else to keep an eye on the little guy, but I also don't want to spend money on something that isn't going to be fun for them.

This is a last minute (read: not budgeted for) trip, as we've decided to accompany DH on a conference. We don't plan to buy many park tickets and I'm trying to come up with relatively affordable activities to keep the kids busy.

I think it skews a bit younger. My DS has done the YC one 3 times and the GF one once. He is 9 now and has zero interest. He does, however, like the kids clubs (particularly the one at BC). Why not ask them if they would like to go? If not, you could hang out with them and maybe rent a boat or pop into EP or MK with them (not sure which cruise you are looking at), while the 4 year old is on the pirate adventure.

My son is 10 and he plans 9n doing good it again when we go in December. He did it last year for the first time and loved it. There were a lot of kids his age.

My son did it several times, including the last year he was young enough and enjoyed it every time. In fact, he'd probably still go if they would let him. Lol.
