Good morning all! Just a quickie update : Piper is off the O2 and satting at 94-95..hooray! We had a nice visit with Gram and db and my niece yesterday! Piper was very excited to see her cousin, annnnd the 2 big give packages that came with them! We had one from AlternateEgo (Crystal and family) and one from castledreams (Cheryl) I took lots of pictures, but Gram did not bring her laptop, so they're stuck on my camera for now. Booooo! Would you all like me to tell you about the packages without the pictures, or would you rather wait til I have the pictures uploaded to go with them? If we wait I thought it might be fun to do a daily Big Give post when we get out since we'll only have about 20(!!!!) days left when we get home, but it's up to you guys! The packages really are brightening her days!:

I'll wait for the pix !!! Sooo glad Piper is doing better !! My co workers baby is in Intensive care with avery bad lung and chest infection, she's only 5 months old and is not doing well !! I could use some prayers for her !!!

I'm a visual person so I vote to save the Big Give info for when you have the pics to go along with it. You'll be bored when you get home and need something to do.

Oh my gosh, I hate that I fell behind and missed a chance to send out love and prayers to you and Piper! So I will say extra prayers and think extra special thoughts because I am so late!! I'm sorry she's in the hospital but glad she's in such good spirits and doing so well. Hang in there mamma!

Amanda just called me to give us an update on Piper!

Not much has changed. The only major news was that she won't be moved to the rehab center because they don't have any space over there.

But they were able to hook up her Wii and she is being visited by the music, art and school teachers - so she is doing well with that!

The hospital computer that the families use is not working...so she has not been able to get online at all.

I wish I had an extra computer!

Thanks for the update Maroo. I'm a little worried that they moved her over to rehab cuz she will likely not get the same attentive nurses as on a regular floor. Glad to hear she has a Wii, music, and school teachers to occupy her!!

I hate that Amanda doesn't have access to a computer for the internet. It has always helped me incredibly to pass the time. Hopefully they will repair it soon!
