For the most part I really do enjoy doing the homebound with her, we just have those days, like everyone else! We are so enjoying the passporter!You're welcome, Amanda and Piper! I know I'll miss the time with her once she can start school again, but honestly being able to do homeschooling in less than two full "school" days really makes me wonder about what they do in the classroom now. I will tell you this....Mackenzie's favorite ride in all of Magic Kingdom iiiiiiiiiiis..... Splash Mountain!!She would ride this ride over and over and over if we would let her.
Mackenzie was soooo excited you asked her to list some of her favorites in the parks. She does want you to know....one of the first things you need to do once your inside Magic Kingdom, is get something yummy in your hand and just take in everything as you walk around. She says Main St. bakery has a lot of yummies even for breakfast(Main St. is the street you walk down when you first get into Magic Kingdom), or Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square for funnel cakes!!Mackie says it's not far from the Castle, off on the left side.

I'm glad your doing well, and I'm happy for your Big gives, I was actually thinking about putting together a auto-graph book for you (I make Mackenzie's) but someone else who is far more talented than I am is going to make you one!!Be the sweet girl I know you are, and be sure to get your school work done, did you know I love to look up words, that's right! When you become an adult, some of the things you don't like so much when your little you learn to love as an adult. Word study is my favorite subject, now I wish I had done more school work when I was younger, if I had I would know more words now. Mackenzie is home schooled so she does all her school work at home just like you, she's a very good student just like I know you are. Please tell your mommy hi for me.

: It surprised me when she said she doesn't like Word Study, because it's easy for her..she has to work at math, but anything english/grammar related she has no problem with. I think it may just be the drudgery involved with it. I was very excited when Tammie said she would like to do that for us, and we've already had a great time delving into it! I thought I was being all on it this morning doing the 1,000th post and you totally beat me to it!

i'm a big fan of the passporter books. i buy a new one every year. they are great! i try to put my receipts in the pockets so i can remember how much things cost, as well as napkins and stickers or any other sort of random thing i want to keep. glad piper is enjoying it!

Okay, I know REAL instant coffee. I tried the Starbucks version - it is really good, but very $$$. I wouldn't buy it on a regular basis. My sweet DH gets the pot ready for me every morning before he leaves for work - all I have to do is push the button - almost instant! what a great gift! so sweet!

I do now what an Italian is! We make them about twice a year..let me see if I can remember the ingredients w/out cheating.. salami, ham, cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, salt & pepper..we also add either olive oil or there's a sub oil available here with spices in it..oh, and lawry's!There are lots of sweet people on this thread!

I use the coffee bags from folgers when we're camping, and when I'm in a pinch. They're much better than the powdered instant stuff! I did well for a while with making the pot up the night before, but I've slacked off lately.. 
I need to get back to doing that!

..but I have to say..we were completely STOKED!!! when we saw your message! Woohoo for meeting at AK! Piper is all about meeting you guys,(she was bouncing up and down in the chair!) which you could probably tell from her post, lol. I'm glad you were able to get a deal on your airfare..and wow! at getting all the ADRs you wanted! I think it was fate!
