Pins and discount codes?

I got my first ever postcard from WDW this week offering a discounted rate at any Value using a pin. I also noticed there is a room-only discount code BUL out. Is it possible to use both the pin and the code together? If so, how do I book that?
On another note, how do we know what the room only code discount is? I didn't see it posted anywhere.

You won't be able to use more than one discount offer. If you got the postcard that has been mentioned on the boards recently, the values were running as low as $59/nt. However, there is such limited availability due to all the other promos that have been running during the same timeframe that you might have to be very flexible with your dates/resort choice to take advantage of the offer.
