Has anyone used Pinocchio's Workshop at the GC for child care? DD loves the Neverland CLub at WDW and we'd thought we'd try it at DL (if we can get in) I understand they take day-of reservations for guests of DLH and PPH.

Yes, we used it a while back. It is SMALL but the staff is good and there are several activities. It is not nearly as elaborate as the Neverland Club at the Polynesian.

Be prepared to complete MUCH more intensive paperwork than you do at a WDW children's club...just the California laws, I think. Also they will take your picture with your child (you get to keep it as a souvenir) as an extra security measure.

My DD enjoyed the club and hopefully yours will too. :)

Can anyone elaborate whether two 9 year old boys might have a great time there?

I would like some "alone" time to ride the rides they are too chicken to!

If it is real fun for them I might do it....

If it is a little more than a diversion I might hold back.

Anyone?

My boys loved it!! They have a alot of different things they could do. Computers, movies, boards games.
Take them there and check it out, we did to make sure they would stay. If you wanted a few hours alone this is the best bet. It was so so nice walking through DL with my husband. We had never been there alone. If anything happens they will page you on the beeper they lend you.::yes::
