Pinecone research. Has anyone had trouble logging in.

Hi I can take surveys and get credit or did and now can not get it to accept log in to redeem rewards. I have reset password multiple time and emailed them and been ignored. Any help anyone. Thank you.

No problem and was able to redeem. I haven't been happy with them since they switched to you having to qualify for a survey instead of getting surveys you were already qualified for. I also haven't gotten a survey in a few weeks. Oh well, it's not as good as it was several years ago.
 
I have been a member for like over 10 yrs with no issue and all of a sudden I can not get into acct. Says log in failed . Changed password multiple times on ipad and laptop and emailed them over the last 3 weeks and NOTHING. Get screen and say forgot password , asks for date of birth and know me says hi Carol and then I reset password, receive email confirmation and takes me to log in page and get same message log in failed I have a bunch of money in there(dumb) and now want to cash out. Never had an issue with them til now. Thanks for answering
 
I don't know about pinecone specifically, but have you tried all the normal browsers (firefox, chrome, safari, Edge/IE if on a windows machine)? I know you've tried on multiple machines so you may have done it already but just wanted to throw it out there. I have a professional group that I rarely log into so I always forget which browser won't let me log in - but if I try to log in on say Firefox it tells me my password is wrong. If I reset it, it still tells me it's wrong. If I log in on say Chrome with the same exact password, I get logged in. I know for sure I logged into it on the bad browser in the past because I stored my password in it, just at some point they changed something and ever since I can't log in there, I have to use a different browser. Hopefully it's just something weird like that.

I tried to join Pinecone but it was a horrible process and I wound up asking them to cancel my account without even taking a survey because, oddly enough, I couldn't get logged in. But I'm sure that was a separate issue as that was sometime last year, and there was other oddities about the process. I hope you get it worked out!
 

Thank you. Yes I am on Firefox but thought to use Windows, chrome iOS, and it is the same. Weird it will recogize me when doing surveys and even when I hit change my password but after I do and get the email link won't let me in AND more important Pineconeresearch will not answer my email question about it.
 
I had the same problem. I'd been a member for over 10 years, then realized I hadn't gotten a survey in a while. Went to log in and couldn't. Many emails were answered with information that had no relation to the problem I was having. Their customer service was horrible. I was never able to log in again and I had saved up rewards for a trip that I couldn't redeem. That was several years ago. I said forget it when they finally told me to go hunt for another join up link and reapply.

I got an email the other day about a new process for troubleshooting emails. Maybe try that?

As always, you should first go to our FAQ page to troubleshoot your problem. If you can’t find the answer, you will now be able to submit a ticket via our "contact us" form.

Moving forward, you will need to do this for all inquiries. Emails sent to scott@pineconeresearch.com could have longer than normal delays. In the coming weeks, you will begin seeing invites sent by noreply@pineconeresearch.com, with a customer service link at the bottom of the email in case you should need assistance.

If you have an outstanding customer service need, please submit your inquiry again via the "contact us" form.

Oh no great. That's me. It started with me getting an email to sign up to redeem into PayPal and I could not get in. Reset password still failed log in. Big money in that account to redeem for Disney trip. I got into Pincone because of Dis Budget forum.

Yeah that's the email I got today after many unanswered emails over 3 weeks. I went to that link to ask . First question is if member log in. What then drop down menu password and ID won't work. Yeah ! Then follow to reset password , get email it worked confirm email comes and it send me to home page and guess what can't log in. I have tried multiple browsers too. But they have yet to send me an email to solve issue or even one that looks like they actually read what I said.
