Pinecone--recent enrollment

I signed up recently and just got my e-mail today. Did my survey. Yours will come too.

I did have something weird happen. I had another survey e-mail and thinking it was Pinecone, I filled it out. (I never got surveys in the past!) I was snookered. Oh well, I now know better!

OK, I am confused. I got a welcome e-mail with an ID and password for a study. It said I should be receiving a brochure and letter in the mail within the next couple of days, and the deadline for the study is Nov 22. Am I supposed to wait for the brochure to do the study? When I try to login with the information, I'm getting a session timeout message. I'm seeing posts from people who said they got a survey and completed it already, is that different from a study?

Don't wait for the brochure (there's not really any info on it that isn't on the site). I got my brochure the day my survey was due!

Not sure why you are getting a session timeout message. Try it again in a few hours maybe (might be something wrong with the site- my first time doing the survey it had some error in the middle! then I just had to go in a few hours later and try again).

If you still can't do it- email back the person you got the initial email from. They should respond in a pretty timely manner.

I heard back two weeks ago, took my first survey and received my first check from them! I'm very happy with them.

Ok... so I'm either 2 dollars short of a pendant and earring set, OR I can get a pendant and chain with $1 left over!!! what to do what to do....

Pixiedust~ for some reason I think that you can only apply when they have the open enrollment thing on the website. Any of the old pineconers know? I'm sure a member will be posting as soon as open enrollment opens again. I know I will as soon as I see a banner!! I promise!!
