Pin Trading

I am very new to this, and want to encourage my dd 10 to be more outgoing. I thought this might be a good way. So I bought her a lanyard and a few pins. I need information though.

I found some pin sets at the Disney Store. They are not the 100 years pins, but are sets of 2 - 3 pins with themes like Winnie the Pooh, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella II. They normally run 7 - 8$, but were 1.49 to 1.99 at the Disney Store during their 75% off sale.

What I want to know is are these "tradeable" pins? If so, will we get really cool pins (trading with CM's) or will they be limited?

I really cant help you there. But if you go to any of the pin trading outposts the CM will help you out and all the CM i have talked to dont give you cheap deals. They are honest and helpful. They can tell you everything. Good luck with your pin trading.

Any pin with a Disney trademark name stamped on the back is tradeable....All pins purchased from the Disney stores fall into this catagory.

Thanx everyone. I have bought 16 pins for $21. Woo Hoo. And I was told that these are Disney store pins, so a lot of CM's won't have them.

I just love trading with CM's. They are so informative and very friendly. Have fun on your new adventure...remember, it's very addicting!
