Pin trading tables at Epcot

We will be visiting WDW in March. Are the pin trading tables at Epcot still there? If not, where is a good place to trade with non-cast members? We plan on bringing a couple of binders of fairly good pins (not starters or scrappers), but haven't had much luck trading with the cast member lanyards, so I'm wondering if it is worth it to bring them?

Has anyone seen people trading at the tables lately? We were there from June 27-July 4 and did not see anyone at the tables on any of our Epcot days.

I saw people trading at the tables last labour day week.
