Pin Trading and my latest visit to WDW

I'm recently back from WDW and I never had a better time. This was my first solo trip and being a single traveler is kinda odd (more on that on a later post). So I arrive there on Wednesday Aug 30 my room is not ready yet so I store my stuff grab my pin bag and head to the Magic Kingdom and boy is it HOT . I look around soak in the MK and let the pixie dust do it's thing on me (ahhh) next thing I know it's almost 1:00pm and you know what that means....yup Scoop's pin talk. After much chair finding and table arranging and re-arranging the talk began it was lots of fun. Then Scoop pull's out some of his Scooper Trader pins and starts to put his custom paint job on it ready to give out to some lucky person(s). The first pin is handed out to young girl she's all smiles and the group is happy for her as am I. Next thing I know Scoop asks me to come up and hold this pin for him... that's right it's a Scooper Trader pin he asks "Larry how's that look" I say "It's a perfect fit scoop" I'm all smiles and I just about did a happy pin dance. I couldn't believe it my first few hours in WDW and I get a Scooper Trader pin. I'd say I was off to a pretty good start.

That is soooo cool that you received a Scoop pin, congratulations! As fantastic as that is, I am even more impressed with your trip's logistics. I am very excited that you were able to get your flux capacitor to work because we both know that is what makes time travel possible. I am curious though, what did you use to create the 1.22 giga-watts of power? Presonally, I am am sticking to 9-volt batteries wired in series but I have to wait for a coupon to come out before I buy any more, those things can be expensive when buying them in bulk.

Congratulations again on your Scoop pin, you sincerely deserve such an honor!

Oops good eye Jeff I guess I had my flux capacitor in overdrive. After further calculations my arrival date should have been July 30th
