Pin Question

Booked under the room discount & PH upgrade Pin. The promotion ends 8/28. We are leaving that day because the CM said that if we stayed that night we don't get the discount for that night. Is this correct? I would love to stay one more day & of course would love to be able to have the pin applied to 8/28. TIA!!!!

If the promo dates are through 8/28, you would be able to get the discount on that night (provided it's available under pin). I'd call back and speak to a different CM or talk to guest services. If the pin has expired, you will have to talk to guest services as regular reservation CMs don't usually have access to expired promos. Good luck.
