PIN question

Hi. I finally got a pin in the mail. Weird since the only other time I received one was a couple of years ago in email. It is a great PIN, 40% off of deluxes with dates throughout 2011. My question is this, if the dates listed are for example May 31-June 4 what happens if we are staying until June 7? Can we get the discounted rate through the 7th? Thanks.

My understanding is yes! As long as you are there before the expiration then it will be good for the length of the stay. Congratulations on getting a pin!!!

If the dates listed stop on June 4th any dates after that would be at full rack rate since they fall into the "blackout" period.

With FD you are allowed to get up to 14 days as long as you check in on the last day of a promotion, but room % off pins do not work that way

NO. We just ran into that over xmas. our first pin was for all the days except 2 so the last 2 were not added. later i got another pin that covered all the days so we were good then but before they wouldn't add the other 2 days.

I got discount rate up until sept 30th,,,,I wanted to stay into October, but that is when the discount ended

For room only discounts, they are given by nights. So, if it says it ends on the 4th, it will end on the 4th.

When they offer discounts on packages, like free dining or Buy 4, Get 3, they allow your entire trip to qualify if you check in by the last date of the promotion.

I called today to book with the new promotional code and was told that I had a PIN code. We are traveling a week after the PIN code ends, June 8-15. I asked the lady if we were to move it up a week if the code would apply, June 1-8 and she told me that as long as we were checked in by the last day that it would apply to the entire trip.

We are booking a package with dining so maybe that's why
