Thank you Woody5 for posting this!!!! As soon as I read your thread & post, I went on to Disney and 'saved' a couple vacation packages. I didn't receive a PIN, so then I saved a room only item AND made sure to fill out the surveys when I didn't book as to why I didn't book.
I am not even getting asked to fill out the survey! I tried saving for later, exiting the website w/out saving, chatting w/a live CM . . . nothing . . . not even the survey came up. I think they have my number. We go every April so they figure why bother, we're a shoe in. Even tried from other accounts and nothing!
Maybe I'll wait a few days and get something!!
