PIN not valid?

A few years ago we took our parents on their first trip to Disney. We paid for the entire thing. We had a few people and ended up needing 3 rooms.

Well when booking the rooms Disney told me that I needed the name of who was staying in the room (over 18) because they couldn't put all the rooms under my name

So we had 1 room under my name---1 room under my moms name and 1 room in my SIL's name. My reservation...my email address.

To this day I get pin codes to my email address in my moms name and in my SIL's name. Heck they get so many pins it's not funny. I've probably gotten 1 to every 3 they get

Well the first time we were heading back down there I tried to use a pin they sent me in my moms name---Nope.

I explained the situation to them and they said "Sorry" doesn't matter.

So I asked about having their names removed from my acct and again was told it couldn't be done.

Drives me bonkers!!

That's exactly what happens to us! We get them for my BIL and SIL cause we've taken them both down there. Also get a few (though not as many) for my niece and cousin. Never any with our names though!
