pin...no pin?

Yesterday I called and was told there is a pin attached to my name. She said however she couldn't tell me exactly what is was. I even asked if I could call back to book...if it would still be there. She said yes, it's based on availability. So this morning I call back to get more info and that cm said she didn't see anything.

I think I've read this has happened to others. Should I just keep calling? And why would one cm see it and the other not?
