Through the pin exchanges, I now have some pins that I will give my DGC to trade. We're going to be in Vero Beach, and I know there are trading times. My DGC are young enough that sometimes they do not trade well with each other, so I figure that I will give them my landyard one child at a time and let each go up to the cm and do a trade.

"One" of the pins I got in the trade was Mickey and Minnie. Do both of the pins go in a pin trade, or are they allowed to be split up?

I figure with my pins, the kids won't feel possessive and the trades will go better. I will let them keep the pin they get in the trade. I have 5 (or 6) pins if the Mickey/Minnie are split up. Is this enough to have on the lanyard?

Thank you.

Yes the pins can be split, its one pin for one pin. I think 6 pins for the lanyard is good.

Thank you! I just put the pins on a DVC lanyard that I got from some DVC meet and it's the first thing that I've put aside for our trip in just a bit over 2 weeks!

Your welcome, and have a great time.

::yes::

Lots of pins are sold in sets and traded separately.
I find that is a good way to get ones you want without buying them all.

Have fun, Bobbi.

Otherwise you would have tons of pins. :upsidedow
