pin event in june

okay, I need help from the pin event experts....


The pin event in June is listed as a possible two days. What does that mean in the way of activities in that time frame? I mean just scattered over the day or what? I am interested in how much I might miss....

Also, best guess as to what the cost might be?

I'm interested in the same info. We are mulling over a quicky trip down just for the pin event.

You know...I might just give Disney Event Services a call. Sometimes they can give out some high-level info before they are ready to publish officially on the web site.

If they're quoting two days it could mean something like last year's AK event. That had a special evening party (hard ticket), followed by a half-day with just a trading area, pinboards, etc. That was pretty pricey because of the evening party/dinner and some very nice gifts. I think it was $125.

We are thinking of making the trip down for this .... and were wondering the same things. More information would be nice.

I called event services this morning. I was able to get just a little information....but I do know there will be two packages. One will be just a one day thing. The other will be the two day deal. They are still working on the details and prices....expect to be done working out the plans in early to mid March. The information will be released then and the tickets will go on sale. There is no plan to give priority reservations to those attending the March event and the sale of the June event tickets may open before the MGM event. Not much more information, but some.
