Pin Codes

Hi
I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum but I'm very new here. Where do I find out about my pin codes? I never knew I had one nor ever recieved any emails but when I called to make reservations for my upcoming trip the agent told me I had one attached to my account for the AKL. Is there anway to find these out as soon as they are put on my account.

You'll probably find more help in the Discount Codes forum.

When you call, like you were doing, and they say you have a Pin, they can apply it to your reservation for you then and there. Each Pin has dates it can apply to and an expiry by which you have to use it. I would call them and say you were told you have a Pin and would like to apply it to your reservation. It is already tied to your account so you don't have to do anything to 'claim' it for yourself. It's just a matter of your trip being in the right dates for the Pin and if it's resort-specific, your reservation being at the right resort and that resort having rooms available for that promotion.
