Pin Codes

Last year my family went to WDW with other family members. The 1st reservation I made in my name and the next reservation was in my cousin's name. We used my email address. I am now getting pin codes for my cousin. I have gotten about 4 of them since we went last March. Since the pin code is for such and such family but to my email am I able to use it or will it be only for her to use? She isn't going this year but I am would like to if I can use those codes. I can't figure out why she keeps getting the codes and I never get a one.

I am not positive of the answer, but I don't think you will be able to use it. The same thing happens to me with my mother, and I have just posted this same scenario yesterday!! LOL! It's frustrating, I know.

When I get a chance, I plan to call Disney and at the very least have them remove my E-mail address from my mother's account, it's agonizing to keep getting codes you can't use!!!

Pin codes are not transferable, so you will not be able to use them. You might want to call CRO and update your information and remove your cousin from e-mail account, since it appears they are only recognizing their name and not yours.
