I haven't received a pin code via email and when I call I don't have one either but I was wondering...

If you got a pin code by calling wouldn't you have one via e-mail also? I get a bunch of other Disney stuff sent to me (phone apps, contests, etc) via email so I know they have my email address.

So I was wondering does everyone that calls and gets a pin code did you get one via e-mail also?

The two most common answers are that someone just misses it (somehow) in their inbox or more commonly it somehow ends up in someones junk or spam filter and never reaches the inbox. I've heard that many times.

The other possibility is that not all pin codes are released via email. The recent free dining pin code offer for fall, I got the email pin code offer back on 5/23 and I got a hard copy mailer over the weekend. So its possible people don't get or they toss out the post card mailers not realizing what they have, but Disney would still have a record of it.

Those are the best explanations that I can come up with.
