Pin Codes and Emails

I always here about people getting offers from Disney. We travel to Disney almost every year. We book through AAA, not directly through the company.
We have never received emails with pins or discounts. Any suggestions on how we can increase our chances? I know the WDW has our email but never get anything! Thanks
