Pin code?

I am very new at this, so please bear with me. I recently booked my resort at AOA - Little Mermaid for August 1st. Everyone has been talking about pin codes an to check emails from "Disney Destinations"... I recently got a email from "Disney Destinations" and at the bottom it says: "be sure to mention package code...."... is that a pin? what does it mean? Should I call Disney?

Not necessarily. Sometimes the package code is just that- the booking code for existing special package offers (available to the GP). IIRC, our previous pins had a rather long alphanumeric sequence, but the 'package codes' were just 6 letters/numbers long.

I called Disney about something my mom received. The guy informed me that pins are 15 number only code. He specifically said no letters
