Pin Code

Does anyone know about Pin codes? i called to get a room only price for 8 nights in October with my AAA discount on OKW 1 BR Villa. I was asked the CM if I had a pin code. He said it was for 40% off deluxe villas. But then he said the AAA discount was a better deal. So when I got off the phone I looked up the same week, same room online with no discounts and figured out the AAA discount was only 25% so wouldn't the pin code discount be better then? I wonder if he figured it out wrong, or if my pin code doesn't work for october. he told me the code was good until 12/31/11. Sorry this is so long but can anyone clarify if they have the same type of code and what the blackout dates might be.

The only way the AAA code would've been better is if the dates you wanted were partially or completely blacked out with the pin. No way is a AAA rate better than 40% under normal circumstances.

I have the same pin as you, if you want to post the dates you're going I can check to see if they're black-out dates.

The CM was correct, the AAA rate is better. Unfortunately, the 40% off pin has blackout dates in October from 10/09-10/22, so you would only get 40% off the first night of your stay and then pay regular rates for the rest.

Keep your reservation, and who knows, maybe a better general public offer with your dates will come out!

Thanks for the info. I didn't make my reservation yet so I think I will go the 22-29 now so we only have to pay one night at regular price. Much better deal! I just can't wait to go back. I didn't think I would want to go every year but now I am hooked.
