PIN Code ???

We have been to WDW @ 9 times and are going back in Aug 2010. I got my first pin code sent to my email but addressed to "xxxxx" Family, which is my Mom's last name. My Mom has traveled to WDW with us 2 out of the 9 times and I was the one booking the trip and paying for the trip. My mom's name had to be listed on the reservation because of her being an adult. Why would a pin come to my email address which is registered with WDW under my name? Do you think I could use this PIN code?

^^^ Call Disney. Tell them the PIN went to your email address. Others have reported success with getting Disney to apply the PIN code to their reservations without having to bring the other adult (in your case your mom). If you get a CM that tells you it's absolutely out of the question, say "Thanks," hang up, and call Disney back again. It doesn't hurt to ask very nicely.

I agree with the pp...Try and try again.
As to why they send a PIN code with her name to your email? Only the "PIN Gods" know to whom, why, when and how Disney sends them. Absolutely no rhyme or reason it would appear.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to call in the morning. I promised DH that it would just be us and our 5 kids this trip, no mother in law!!
