pin code website?

Im sure that this has been brought up before but I couldnt find it in a search. I'm pretty sure that I came across a website where you can put your name in and it will bring up any existing pin codes that are attatched to your name. Who knows I may be imagining the whole thing but if anybody can help me out with this I would appreciate it.
