Pin code Question

Hi all, not sure if I'm posting this under the right topic (sorry if not).

So, DBF and I have both been looking up package prices, and registered on WDW website. I ended up booking our trip on WDW website under my name for Dec 4-11 DBF just this morning received a pin code in his email for a percentage off room rate!! What do I do? His name is on our ressie, but I'm the primary guest. Can I still apply the code? Also, I already put my deposit on our package, and am paying it off. Is it too late to apply a code if they already locked me in on that price? Thanks sooo much for any input, I've never received a pin code!

As long as your DBF is on the reservation, you can use the pin. The same thing happened to me. My fiance received a pin code and I was able to attach it to our reservation.

Also, it does not matter that you already booked. They will add the discount to your current reservation and credit your account.

do i just call the 407 w disney number and tell them the situation? and will they just reduce the amount shown that's owed?

Yup just provide them with your reservation number. They'll ask for the pin code. Just let them know that your DBF received the code and he will be coming with you. Once they update your reservation, you'll receive an updated invoice via email.

Time could not possibly go by any slower. We've been planning this trip for 2 years! I hope this in between time flies by for you, too!

Oh, and a side note: If you end up getting a better pin for your week (Free Dining or better % off), you can call and switch it. I had originally received a 35% off Moderate resorts, but then received the free dining. I called yesterday and had them change it.

Yes, just call. Remember, though, that you may have to make some changes to your reservation. There are limited rooms available for any PIN code, and not every category of room is eligible. You may have to change room categories (standard to preferred, for example, or vice versa) or even resorts to get the discount from the PIN.

Free Dining was extended until 12/21/2010. You must stay 5 nights and get 6 days of tix. With a Disney Visa.

Weeeelllll My suggestion to you is sign up a few different email accounts with your DBFs name. I even created a couple new email accounts. You can still get that free dining pin! I haven't received 1 pin, probably because I already booked and they got me in the door. My fiance keeps getting a ton of pins because they don't realize he is actually going. He got a lot of those % off room pins. Yesterday he finally received the free dining. I checked the email accounts I created for my mom and my brother (both going) and they both got the free dining pin. There is still hope!
