Pin Code Discount Replacement

Disney recently sent me a mailer with a pin code for a discount. We didn't plan to cruise until May 2019, which was after the pin expired, so I tossed it. Now, we changed our plans & want to cruise in January. Anyone have any experience calling & getting the pin applied after you've tossed the mailer?

When we were considering a trip and I didn't have a recent mailer on hand, I remember calling the reservation number and the CM using my information to look for any pin codes associated with me....while there weren't any, she indicated that she would be able to see them if there were. Sure can't hurt to try!

It’s still there. Just tell them you tossed it and give them your address. They will be able to see it on their end.
