I have been calling for the past week, trying to get a PIN code for our (already booked) June trip, but no luck at all. Then I called tonight and talked to a very friendly CM. I asked "if free dining was available for my dates" and after putting me on hold she said YES and explained I could also upgrade to dining plus, etc.
Here is how I was feeling -->

She was pricing out the trip and dining options and then at 20 minutes to 10pm EST the entire reservation system went down and after waiting a bit she said it wouldn't be back up for the evening.
Here is how I was feeling then -->


She was very apologetic, gave me a 3-letter code for 'free dining' and a different 3-letter code for the 'plus upgrade' and told me to call back in the morning.
So, does this mean I have a PIN code on my account and will the CM tomorrow give me the same offer, seeing as how the first CM gave me these 2 codes? I am so nervous that I will call back tomorrow and won't be able to get the same deal.
