PIN CODE - Anyone ever hear of this?

I received an e-mail pin code a couple of weeks ago in my FIL's name. At the time they were not interested in a trip this year and now we have talked them into it. I just called Disney to get pricing and availability and I asked how many rooms we can book using the pin code (we need 4 for POP and 3 for POR - havn't decided yet). She put me on hold and when she came back she stated that ALL the travelers had to reside under my FIL's address! I questioned her and she said that it states that you can book up to 3 rooms as long as we all live in that address. Anyone have any experience with this? I hung up and I will call back and see if I can get a better answer.

Just called back and got someone else. She wouldn't even help me. She said that my FIL has to be the one to call. What the heck is going on

3rd try calling back, got a very nice CM and he didn't mention anthing the others had problems with. He priced everything out for me and the pin code is exactly the same as the GP code that just came out.

Yeah the first two CM's had no idea what theyre doing. You can book up to 3 rooms with one pin as long as the person who's name the pin is in is traveling with you

I just used a postcard PIN to book our room and the in/out-laws room.
