PIN assigned to ex but came to me?

My ex husband and I traveled to disney a while back when we were married. Apparently the disney account that I get emails from uses my email but has his name (no idea why). I got a PIN to this email and was told it is in his name. Why not mine? And can I still use it? Anyone have any idea?

My wife used one that was in my name for our last trip. She was told to bring the PIN mailer with us to verify, but in practice that didn't happen. So, it COULD work but then again it might not.

I have a good news update! I talked to a cast member and they said that because it came to my address, all was good! I successfully booked an awesome 8 night 9 day at the beach club! I can't wait.
