Pill cutter?

Sorry, but I don't travel much. Will security at the port allow a pill cutter in my carry on?

They probably will. But why not cut all your pills before you leave home, or cut enough for a few days and put your pill cutter in your checked luggage?

Since the pill-cutter has a razor blade in it, I doubt they will let it thru if they find it. I'd cut up a week's worth of pills and put it in checked luggage.
