Pilates Video/DVD??

Does anyone have a floormat pilates video/dvd that they can recommend? I'm on week 4 in my YMCA class and I'll have a break of about 3-4 weeks between the holidays and my WDW vacation. I would love to start doing a pilates workout at home that is on the "beginner" side, but not too easy, not too hard. We plan on bringing our portable DVD player and maybe I'll even work out at WDW. {maybe }

Any suggestions?

I just love doing the Winsor Pilates. There is a 20 min workout and 50 min workout. You do these at whatever ability level you can and progress as you are able. I am not sure if they are available in library or any stores. I ordered mine via phone.1 800 618-1400. Or, you might try online. The order came quicky for me.Winsor Pilates
The Winsor Pilates comes with a list of basic exercises that one can take when travelling.

If you can't get to library or purchase a dvd/vcr set, you might try to write your exercises down that you currently do and just do them without dvd/vcr until you go back to the Y.

I just love doing Winsor Pilates and find that they do get easier if you keep at it.

I love pilates! I have 3 different tapes. The one I usually do is Denise Austin Pilates for Every Body. It's 40 minutes and it really keeps you moving. By the end of the tape it's almost an aerobic workout for me. The only moves I have trouble with are the ones requiring a lot of arm strength, like the side series.

I have Pilates for Dummies and it's good when you don't have a lot of time. It's just 20 or 30 minutes. Some of the moves are easy and some are a bit harder.

When I bought my resistance bands they came with a tape called Pilates Body Band Workout. It uses the resistance bands for almost every exercise. I found this one to be slower, almost yoga like. I did this one when I hurt my heel and I don't recall having to modify any of the exercises.

I haven't tried Winsor Pilates, but I want to. I hear lots of good things about it.
